18 Year Old Caught Going 129 in a 50

(TINY TOWNSHIP, ON) – On Saturday December 5, 2015 at 10:43 a.m. an officer from the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a motor vehicle travelling at 129 km/h in a 50 km/h zone on County Road 6 in Tiny Township.

Victoria NUNES (age 18) of Gilford, ON has been charged with:

Stunt Driving – speeding more than 50 km/h contrary to the Highway Traffic Act

Speeding excess of 50 km/h contrary to the Highway Traffic Act

Fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act

Fail to surrender driver’s licence contrary to the Highway Traffic Act

Fail to surrender insurance contrary to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act

The accused is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Penetanguishene, Ontario on January 21, 2016.
