(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 169km/h in the 100km/h zone on Highway 115 near Airport Road yesterday just after midnight.
Marlon Carrington SKYERS (age 33) of Peterborough, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2016 Fiat 500 rental car was impounded. The accused is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on March 14, 2016.
