(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On January 23rd, 2016 at approximately 7:00 pm, members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call that a motor vehicle was eastbound on Hwy #26 and it was exhibiting signs of impairment.
This motor vehicle was stopped on Point Street in the Town of Stayner and an OPP investigation into the driver of this motor vehicle revealed that he was under the influence of alcohol while operating it.
Charged with “Impaired Operation” and “Exceed 80 mgs” is Christopher R. MORIN 34 years old from Toronto. First appearance is February 9th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
