(Marysville, ON)- On Saturday February 6 2016, at 12:51 pm, an officer with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police conducted a traffic stop on Highway 401 eastbound in Tyendinaga Township.
As a result of the stop the driver, 42 year-old Natasha MOULTON of Kingston, was charged for driving while under suspension. She was also charged with possession of unmarked tobacco under the Tobacco Tax Act after the officer seized a total of 1,600 unmarked cigarettes from the vehicle.
She is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on April 28, 2016.
