A 31 year old Municipality of Bayham man has being transported to hospital with life threatening injuries after being involved in a single motor vehicle collision earlier this morning February 6th, 2016.
Police responded to the collision around 6:53a.m.. A car traveling north on Culloden Road just south of Pressey Line left the roadway and travelled into the east ditch colliding with a small tree. The car struck the tree on the passenger side and the driver (lone occupant) had to be extricated by Fire Services. He was transported to hospital with life threatening injuries.
Police continue to investigate the cause and details of the collision with the assistance of the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators.
Culloden Road between Pressey Line and Best Line will likely remain closed for the next several hours to facilitate the investigation and clean-up.
