(SUDBURY, ON)- On May 14, 2016, at approximately 12:06 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 144, in the town of Chelmsford, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Charles DENIS, 26 years of age, from Sudbury, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on July 7, 2016.
