(LEAMINGTON, ON) – On August 18, 2016 at approximately 1:30 a.m. Leamington Detachment members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of an intoxicated driver in the McDonalds drive-through in the 200 block of Talbot Street West, Leamington, Ontario.
Police arrived at the restaurant to find a green Pontiac still in the drive-through lane. The driver was spoken to by police and was arrested after exhibiting signs of impairment.
David O’BRIEN, age 49 of Windsor, Ontario has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Refusing to Provide a Breath Sample, and will appear in a Leamington Court on September 1, 2016 to answer to the charges
