(NAPANEE, ON)- On Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 8:40 p.m. an officer with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Emergency Response Team stopped a pick-up truck towing a boat on County Road 6 north of Odessa, in Loyalist Township.
The vehicle was being driven slow and was reportedly all over the road.
The driver was arrested for impaired driving and taken to Loyalist OPP detachment for breath tests.
Charged with impaired driving and over 80 is 53 year-old Brad HANNAH of Central Frontenac Township. He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on September 27, 2016.
On Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 11:55 p.m. officers with the Napanee detachment of the OPP conducting a RIDE (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) check on Belleville road in Napanee arrested a driver for over 80 after he failed a roadside alcohol screening device test.
Charged with driving with over 80 mgs is 24 year-old Sundeep BHATIA of Ajax. He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on October 4, 2016.
