(MUNICIPALITY OF PERTH SOUTH, ON) On Sunday morning May 23, 2010 shortly before 1 a.m., Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to Wildwood Park where a vehicle was being driven by an impaired driver.
Upon arrival, police conducted a roadside test on the driver of the car. The driver failed and was subsequently arrested and transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville, where he registered over .80 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer.
Zachary Pautler (22) of Stratford was charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content. He is to appear in criminal court on June 28, 2010 at the Stratford court house.
