Just before 5:30 p.m. last night, officers received information that a youth was observed spray painting a post on St. Clair Street in Chatham.
Officers located the youth in the area of St. Clair Street and Oxley Drive and he was arrested. The paint can was seized as evidence and the 17-year-old Chatham youth was charged with mischief under $5000. He was released pending a future court date.
