The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a youth wanted on an outstanding warrant.
In February 2013, the youth entered into a Probation Order with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to obey a daily curfew of 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
In July 2013, the youth failed to comply with his curfew and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Yesterday afternoon, the 16-year-old Orford Township youth was located and charged with failing to comply. He was released with conditions pending a future court date.
