(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Highway 59, South Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, July 23, 2016 at approximately 11:46 a.m., policw responded to a single motor vehicle collision.
Through the course of investigation, it has been determined that white coloured Honda was travelling southbound on Highway 59 when the driver lost control and entered the ditch rolling the vehicle.
The driver and three (3) passengers ages 5, 7 and 51, were taken to a local area hospital by police, all with minor injuries.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 41-year-old Xiaoling ZHOU of Waterloo, Ontario with careless driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
She was subsequently issued a Provincial Offences Notice.
