(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON.) –On July 30, 2015 Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a farm accident involving 2 employees on a ginseng farm.
At approximately 4:03 p.m. police were called to a ginseng farm on Potters Road in Norwich Township. Both male employees sustained injury while working with the water line in the ginseng field. Both males were transported by Oxford County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to a local hospital with serious injuries and later transported to a London area hospital. Both male employees sustained serious but non- life threatening injuries.
OPP secured the scene until The Ministry of Labour (MOL) attended and commenced their investigation.
