On 21 September 2015 at approximately 2:00pm the Owen Sound Police responded to an East Bayshore business in regards to an injured worker.
A 35 year old male had been working alone on a ladder when the ladder kicked out from under him causing him to fall several feet onto a cement floor. The worker was transported to hospital with non life threatening injuries. The Ministry of Labour has been contacted and the investigation continues.
