On June 25, 2015 a 32 year old construction worker from Waterloo fell into an elevator shaft on a construction site located on Belmont Avenue in the city of Kitchener. The worker was wearing all of their protective safety gear and sustained minor injuries. The Ministry of Labour attended the scene for further investigation.
