The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a woman wanted on an outstanding warrant.
On December 7, 2013 the woman was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that she was to attend court on December 18, 2013. On December 18, 2013, the woman failed to attend court and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Last night around 7:45 p.m. officers located the woman on Lorne Avenue in Chatham and she was arrested. The 40-year-old Chatham woman has been held in custody pending a bail hearing for the charges of breach of probation and failing to comply.
