On the 30th of September 2014 at about midnight a Chatham-Kent Police patrol officer was in the area of Murray Street in Wallaceburg and located a lone female near a parking lot. The 24 year old woman from Sarnia was found to be on court imposed conditions, including a curfew.
As a result the woman was arrested and charged with failing to comply with her recognizance, contrary to section 145 (3) of the criminal code.
