(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle and investigated the driver last evening just after 8:30pm.
The vehicle was stopped by officers on Robinson Road in Ennismore.
Kenneth William MCNULTY (age 47) of Selwyn Township, ON was arrested and charged with:
· Operating a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on January 7, 2016..
