(Cavan Monaghan Township ON) – On Thursday, September 25, 2014, at approximately 2:20 a.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate an erratic driver on County Road 28
Officers were patrolling the area stopped and investigated an erratic driver on County Road 28. Officers stopped a motor vehicle being operated by 39 year old William DOBSON of Cobourg. The driver was investigated at this time.
As a result of the investigation DOBSON was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation and Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
DOBSON was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on November 13, 2014
