On September 29, 2013 at 3:25 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to the area of Woodlawn Road West by Silvercreek Parkway for the report that males were causing damage at the plaza. It is alleged that one of the males in the group had damaged underground sprinkler heads located in the grass at the plaza. That male was located and arrested.
Wesley DECKER, 22 years of Cambridge has been charged with mischief under $5,000. He will appear in court on October 29, 2013.
