On September 29, 2013 at 4:10 a.m., the Guelph Police responded to the report of a motor vehicle collision in the area of Dawson Road and Shelldale Crescent. Once on scene, police located a total of four damaged motor vehicles in a parking lot. The driver of one of the motor vehicles was located a short distance away and was arrested.
Justin LEROUX, 23 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving (combination of drugs and alcohol). He was also charged with breach probation and driving while under suspension (HTA). He will appear in court on November 12, 2013.
