(SD&G) – Over the weekend Mother Nature sent the region (SD&G) a blanket of snow along with high winds that resulted in adverse road conditions.
SD&G Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a total of twenty-four (24) traffic related calls for service on a variety of roads, from vehicles in the ditch to motor vehicle collisions. Fortunately, only minor injuries resulted from two (2) of the collisions.
Police remind motorists to exercise patience and common sense while travelling this Christmas Season.
