Hall Of Shamer “reeve” neil vincent is expected to fully enforce his camera and question ban and call the Wingham police to remove anyone with a camera, smart-phone, etc. Know your Rights and stand your ground if you attend.
It is not known if the few councillors with some honor still in tact will continue to sit silent while witnessing Rights abuses of the people they are paid to serve. Tuesday may be another test of their character.
