(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Friday December 5th, 2014, Quinte West OPP investigated a violent assault that occurred at an apartment in Trenton. The assault took place on December 5th, 2014, at approximately 1:00am. The victim was assaulted and forcibly held in his residence by the accused for several hours. The victim finally escaped and reported the incident to the Police at approximately 11:00am.
Christopher SCARDINO, 44, of Trenton was arrested on December 5th, 2014, and held for bail. He has been charged with the following offences:
Assault – 266 CC
Forcible Confinement – 279(2) CC
Utter death threat – 264.1(1)(a) CC
Possession for the purpose (Cocaine & Cannabis) – 5(2) CDSA
Mischief under – 430(4) CC
