(NIPIGON, ON) -On Thursday August 14, 2014 at approximately 7:49 p.m. members of the Nipigon Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a report of damage to a bank machine at a local financial institution. Police obtained video surveillance footage from the bank and were able to identify the individual responsible.
As a result, 21-year-old Andrew BOUCHARD of Thunder Bay has been charged Mischief under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code:
The accused was released from custody with a Court date of November 4, 2014.
