(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Marine Unit have charged a 24 year old male after checking a vessel on Lake Erie, Norfolk County, Ontario.
On Sunday, July 13, 2014 at approximately 5:52 p.m., police stopped a vessel on Lake Erie and checked for driver sobriety.
Charged with operate vessel over the legal limit is 24 year old Adam Funk of Grand Island NY, United States of America.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
