(KINCARDINE, ON) On June 6, 2013 at 12:45 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police officer on patrol along Concession 9 in Kincardine Township saw a Black Dodge Charger moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was locked on radar at 117 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The officer also found the vehicle had improper licence plates. 44 year old Alan ANDRUSKI of Brockton has been charged with Speeding and Use unauthorized licence plates.
