(MIDDLESEX CENTRE TWP, ON) – On Saturday September 28, 2013 at 6:04 a.m. a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop of a speeding Chrysler Pacifica on Richmond Street by Elginfield Road. Further investigation revealed additional infractions. As a result of the investigation police have charged Marcelo TROJCAK, age 35 of London, ON with the following:
Use plate not authorized for vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA)
Drive motor vehicle – no currently validated permit under the HTA
Class G1 licence driver – unaccompanied by qualified driver under the HTA
The vehicle was towed from the scene. The driver is scheduled to appear in a London Provincial Offences Court room on November 18, 2013 to speak to the charges.
