(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Tuesday March 25, 2014 just before 4:00pm Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended highway #11 north of highway #141 to a report of a wheel that had struck a vehicle.
A Ford pickup truck towing a trailer with snow machines was traveling north on highway #11 ahead of a Chev car. The wheel came off the trailer bounced on the road and struck the front grill of the Chev.
The driver of the pickup truck Kimberly SCOTT (27yrs) of Haliburton Ontario has since been charged with Driving While under Suspension, under the Highway Traffic Act.
No injuries were reported.
