On August 8, 2015 at approximately 8:10 a.m., a Toyota Rav 4 was observed travelling at a high rate of speed in the area of Stirling Avenue in Kitchener. The vehicle was located a short time later on Stirling Avenue at Mausser Avenue flipped on its driver’s side. The driver of the vehicle was located inside the vehicle while some of the passengers fled the area on foot. A 24 year old Kitchener man was charged with Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle. There were no injuries to the driver and passenger of the vehicle. The investigation continues to determine the other occupants and potential injuries.
