(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On October 11, 2016 at approximately 4:07 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a vehicle on fire on the 12th Concession B near Grey Rd. 2, Feversham, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
The lone driver of the vehicle, a 39-year old male from Feversham, had pulled his 2003 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck over onto the shoulder of the road after seeing smoke coming from the engine compartment. The Grey Highlands Fire Department attended and extinguished the fire which was mechanical in nature and not deemed to be suspicious. There were no injuries.
