(AMHERSTVIEW, ON)- On the 7th of December 2014 at 2:40 p.m. officers with the Loyalist detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a vehicle on fire near Amherstview.
A 2013 White Hyundai four door, bearing Ontario BPEP294, was located and was completely destroyed by fire. The vehicle was found in a remote area south of Taylor-Kidd on Coronation Blvd, in Amherstview, Loyalist Twp.
The specific area where the vehicle was located was on the west side of Coronation Blvd approximately 1km in the bush line down an overgrown ATV trail near the Henderson Quarry.
The vehicle had been stolen from the City of Kingston.
