(Renfrew County, Ontario) – On February 4th 2016, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) – Community Drug Action Team and Renfrew OPP Detachment executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on River Road in Braeside, ON.
Quantities of cannabis marihuana, cannabis resin and cannabis concentrate electronic vaporizers were seized; along with paraphernalia indicative of trafficking.
Christopher LEFEBVRE (34) of Braeside ON was arrested and charged with the following:
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking of Schedule II substance CDSA 5(2)
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking of Schedule II substance CDSA 5(2)
Possession Schedule II substance CDSA 4(1)
Possession Schedule I substance CDSA 4(1)
He was released on a Promise to Appear and Officer-In-Charge Undertaking to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Renfrew on March 16, 2016.
