The 24yr old victim in this matter is recovering well at a hospital in Windsor. He underwent successful surgery to repair some damage as a result of puncture wounds, and is expected to make a full recovery. Investigation ongoing by members of the Criminal Investigation Division.
The accused, a 21-year-old Blenheim man remains in custody and will appear in bail court on September 16, 2014.
