(QUINTE WEST, ON) – The Quinte West OPP is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a wanted male. On Wednesday October 8th, 2014, an arrest warrant was issued for Kenneth FELKER for 11 counts of break and enter.
FELKER is a white male, 30 years old, 6 foot tall, medium build, with short brown hair (see attached picture). He is a resident of Belleville.
