(BLUEWATER, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with investigators from the West Region OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation (TTCI) team continue to investigate a fatal collision that took place on July 14, 2014.
At approximately 3:00 p.m. the driver of a Ford Escape was travelling westbound on Dashwood Road when she crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound dump truck and camper trailer.
The driver of the Ford Escape, Catherine BURDETT, age 65, from South Huron died in hospital on July 17, 2014.
A post mortem examination is scheduled to be completed on July 18, 2014.
