(South Frontenac) On August 7, 2013, at approximately 1:00am, Frontenac OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic incident on Freeman Road, South Frontenac Township.
The investigation revealed that a male and his 41yr old wife were involved in an altercation that resulted in the female causing the male serious injuries.
As a reslt of further investigation, the female has been charged with an additional charge of Attempt Murder and Mischief Under $5000.
She was originally charged with Aggravated Assault.
She is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Kingston on August 28, 2013.
