On January 28, 2014 forty-seven year old David HALL of Deep River, ON was arrested by Peterborough County O.P.P and turned over to Central Hastings O.P.P.
Hall will appear in Ontario Court of Justice, Belleville on February 13, 2014 facing charges of Driving While Disqualified, Obstruct Peace Officer and Careless Use of a Firearm.

(HWY# 37, ROSLIN) – On January 13, 2014 at 8 p.m. Central Hastings O.P.P stopped a vehicle for a traffic offence on Highway 37, Roslin, in the City of Belleville. The driver of vehicle pulled over and proceeded to run away north on Highway 37 then into a nearby marsh area.
The investigation revealed the male driver was prohibited from driving. In addition a rifle was found unsafely stored in the pickup truck.
As a result 47 year old David HALL of Deep River, ON has been charged with Driving While Disqualified, Obstruct Peace Officer and Careless Use of a Firearm. A warrant for his arrest has been issued.
