(ELGIN COUNTY, ON) – Police have confirmed that the driver of the second car, a silver Honda Civic, died last evening at Victoria Hospital as a result of his injuries. He was travelling east on Highway 3 when his vehicle was struck head on by a west bound Pontiac car. The drivers of the Honda Civic has been identified as Patrick HARMON, age 46 of St. Thomas, Ontario.
The driver of the black Pontiac Grand Prix has not yet been positively identified.
Police continue to investigate. No further information is available at this time.
