(KENORA, ON) On Tuesday, September 6, 2016, just after midnight police attended a report of a Break and Enter at Anicinabe Park. Police determined the suspect broke into the building and stole the cash register.
Shortly after, police located a male in the area and the investigation led to his arrest. As a result of the investigation, 18 year old Tyler WOCKNITZ of Fort Frances, Ontario has been charged with Break and Enter contrary to s. 348(1)(b) CC, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 s. 354(1)(a) CC and Possession of a Schedule II Substance, Marihuana under 30 grams s. 4(1) of the Controlled Drug and Substance Act.
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on September 7, 2016.
