(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On Sunday, December 1, 2013 at approximately 4:44 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Grey Rd. 23 south of Stone Hill Rd. in the Township of Southgate.
Tyler William BOHAN, age 23, of the Municipality of Grey Highlands was operating his 2006 Chevrolet pick-up truck, when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a hydro pole causing damage to both the vehicle and the pole. No injuries were reported.
He was charged with Careless Driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
