(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a male with impaired driving in the City of Orillia.
On September 24, 2015 at approximately 10:25 p.m., Orillia OPP officers while on general patrol stopped a vehicle for driving without rear lights and for squealing its tires. The vehicle was stopped at the intersection of Front Street and Mississaga Street in the City of Orillia.
Tyler SMITH, 29 years old of Gravenhurst, has been charged with Over 80 Milligrams Blood/Alcohol. He was released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia court on October 27, 2015.
