(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment was contacted by an alert citizen after noticing suspicious activity at a Sydenham Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at approximately 3:30 a.m., an alert citizen observed a suspicious male located at Bev’s Chip Wagon.
As a result of the citizen’s quick actions, the Norfolk County OPP were notified and arrived on scene and subsequently located the male.
As a result of investigation, police arrested an 18 year old male.
Charged with the following offences is 18 year old Tyler Jacob MARTIN-KING from Norfolk County, Ontario.
Attempt Break and Enter
Possession of Break and Enter Instruments
Possession of Marihuana
He will appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
