Tyler Curran – Drunk Driving – 90 Day Suspension

(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) – At approximately 5:50 a.m. on July 15, 2011, Huron OPP officers responded to a motor vehicle collision on Amberley Road, Morris-Turnberry. Officers located a vehicle on its roof and the driver trapped inside with minor injuries. Upon speaking to the driver, it was determined that he was impaired by alcohol. The driver was arrested and met with a qualified Intoxilizer Technician in order to provide two samples of his breath.

The results of the two tests confirmed that the driver had a blood alcohol level that was over the legal limit.

As a result of the investigation, Tyler CURRAN (25) of Lucknow has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Being Over the Legal Limit, and Failing to Comply with a Court Order. He will appear in Goderich Court at a later date to answer to the charges. His driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days as per statute. LP11194904
