Two male youths have been arrested and charged after attempting to break into a Medical Marihuana growing facility on Richmond Road, north of Calton Line, Municipality of Bayham.
The attempted break in occurred at approximately 7:10pm last evening the 28th of October, 2014. An alert neighbour heard the sound of breaking glass and then saw two male youths outside of the property beside a broken window. The youths fled the scene when they realized that they had been observed.
The youths were later identified by police and have been arrested and charged.
A 15 year old male youth from Malahide Township has been charged with;
Break and Enter contrary to the Criminal Code.
Mischief under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code.
A 17 year old male youth from Malahide Township has been charged with;
Break and Enter contrary to the Criminal Code.
Mischief under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code.
The youths have been released into their parents’ custody and are scheduled to appear in St. Thomas Criminal Court on December 3rd, 2014.
