(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) On August 5, 2013 at 6:10 p.m. members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a two vehicle motor vehicle collision on Medway Road at Clarke Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre. Two occupants were transported to hospital with minor injuries.
As a result of an investigation, police served driver Randolf DILLON, age 48 years of Thedford, ON with a Provincial Offences Notice for the charge of Fail to Yield to Traffic on Through Highway as per section 136(1)(b) of the Highway Traffic Act and the charge of No Currently Validated Permit as per section 7(1)(a) of the Highway Traffic Act.
