(MIDDLESEX CENTRE TWP, ON) On September 14, 2013 at 4:14 p.m. Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), fire crews and London-Middlesex EMS attended a two vehicle collision involving serious injuries on Highbury Avenue at Sixteen Mile Road in Middlesex Centre Township.
A green Ford pickup truck travelling eastbound on Sixteen Mile Road collided with a northbound black Ford Escape. The 20 year old male driver of the pickup truck and 20 year old female passenger were transported by ambulance to London Health Sciences Centre with serious injuries.
The driver of the black Ford Escape was not injured. The passenger, an 18 month old female was transported to a St. Mary’s Hospital and later released.
The investigation is ongoing. Names are being withheld upon the completion of the investigation.
