(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment is investigating a single motor vehicle collision at a Kohler Road, Cayuga, Haldimand County, Ontario address.
On Monday September 5, 2016 at approximately 3:10 p.m., OPP, Haldimand County Fire Services and Haldimand County Paramedics responded to the Toronto Motorsports Park on Kohler Road for a single vehicle rollover where two occupants of the vehicle sustained serious injuries.
OPP investigation, thus far, has determined that the occupants of a Mustang GT Cobra were participating in a sanctioned event at the speedway when the vehicle they were travelling in rolled over on the track.
Both occupants of the vehicle were transported to a local area hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation is continuing.
