(South Dundas, Ontario) – On April 9, 2014, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) – Project Paradigm, OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit (TRU), OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), OPP Canine Unit and Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Detachment members executed a search warrant at a residence on Cook Road in South Dundas, (ON).
Upon searching the residence, police seized cannabis marihuana, cannabis marihuana resin (hash), Oxycotin pills and a small quantity of cocaine.
The projected street value of the seizure is $2000.
Corey GREENWOOD, 25 and Amanda VANDENOETELAAR-PERRY, 34 were charged with the following count under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Criminal Code.
Possession of Schedule I (cocaine) Section 4 (1) of the C.D.S.A.
Possession of Schedule I (oxycodone) Section 4(1) of the C.D.S.A.
Possession of Schedule II (cannabis marihuana) Section 4(1) of the C.D.S.A.
Possession of Schedule II (cannabis marihuana resin) Section 4(1) of the C.D.S.A.
Fail to Comply with Undertaking Section 145(5.1) C.C.
GREENWOOD was also charged with Failing to Appear.
Both parties were held for a bail in the Ontario Court of Justice, Cornwall.
