On May 25, 2015 at 2:10 p.m., the Guelph Police went to Stone Road West to investigate a collision involving a vehicle and two pedestrians. It is alleged that the male and female pedestrians were exiting the mall parking lot and crossing Stone Road with the lights. A motor vehicle also exiting the parking lot and turning left struck them. Both pedestrians were taken to hospital with minor injuries. The driver has been charged with turn not in safety under the Highway Traffic Act.
